Client Facing

Own and manage the sales process from prospecting through pitch for specific territories/industries. Structure and present capabilities presentations. Develop productive business relationships that generate qualified project opportunities. Contribute to the creation of proposals and pitches. Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

Internal

Develop and execute outbound strategy collaboratively with HUSH’s Business Development leadership. Effectively communicate project opportunity details to HUSH teams. Assist in the creation of business development documents. Track and report business development metrics. Regularly update HUSH CRM. Participate in business development meetings and strategic planning.

Requirements

4+ years business development, account management, or sales experience within a creative company. Experience with project sales and long sales cycles. BA/BS from accredited university. Ability to travel up to 50% and ability to work autonomously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms, G-Suite, Keynote, etc. Three (3) professional references.
